No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Monroe County, New York, USA who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Prize

Two (2) tickets to the Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets NFL game, Section C16. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $850 per ticket ($1,700 total). Exact seat assignments within Section C16 are subject to availability. No cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable. Winner receives both tickets. Sponsor is not responsible for any additional costs associated with prize acceptance or use, including but not limited to transportation and parking.

5. How to Enter

Online Entry (Steps 1 & 2 required): Visit gopremierelectric.com/giveaway, follow Sponsor on at least one social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn), confirm your follow, and submit the fully completed entry form. All required fields must be completed for entry to be valid.

Bonus Entry (Step 3, optional): Post on Facebook or Instagram, tag Premier Alarms and Electric's page in the post, and submit your username/handle with the entry form. Sponsor will verify the tag. A verified tag counts as one (1) additional entry. Maximum of two (2) total entries per person (one standard + one bonus).

Alternate Mail-In Entry (no social follow required): Hand-print your first and last name, email address, full mailing address (must be Monroe County, NY), and whether you are a homeowner or business owner on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Premier Alarms and Electric Giveaway, 30 Vantage Point Dr, Suite 1, Rochester, NY 14624. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the entry deadline. Mail-in entries have an equal chance of winning but are not eligible for the bonus tag entry.

6. Entry Period

Entries must be submitted online or postmarked by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 10, 2026.

7. Drawing & Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Standard entries receive one (1) entry; verified bonus tag entries receive one (1) additional entry. The drawing will be conducted on or around December 15, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner must confirm eligibility and Monroe County, NY residency upon request.

9. Publicity

By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name and general location for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used only to administer the sweepstakes and contact the winner. Sponsor will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or corrupted entries. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
